Return Policy

Products are refundable within the first 15 days from the date of purchase ONLY if the following conditions are met:

• Products must be returned in their original box/packaging and NOT appear used in anyway.
• Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# or without their original box/package will be refused.
• Please contact Customer Service to receive an RA# prior to returning merchandise.

If you believe a product you have purchased may be defective, you MUST deal directly with the manufacturer. Our entire product line offers a manufacturer warranty. Each manufacturer warranty is different. All ARBE Machinery offers a one year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.
